Victor Frankl wrote a book “Man’s Search For Meaning” after living through what would have been called “Hell On Earth”. This hell was not one but several Nazi death camps, including Theresienstadt, Dachau, and Auschwitz.
He argued that there are a lot of people who wander around asking, “What is the meaning of life?” He then goes on and says if someone had told him the meaning of life, he would have gladly organized his life in such a way that it would have purpose.

He then goes on to say, that this is a Rhetorical question, and we don’t get to ask that question. Instead, he says the real question is, “What is the meaning of your life?” He says it demands an answer each and every day you are alive.
This is a tough question and needs us to ask questions that are Conscience-based. What are these questions.
Why do I exist as a person?
What do I stand for?
What do I refuse to compromise along the way?
Where am I currently off-track and need to correct course.
So how do you choose a path that involves good and provides significance? You have to cultivate an intimate, honest, authentic relationship with your conscience.
You have to be sure it is worthwhile and well-calibrated. You must clarify and live out your humanity in a way that positively affects the everyone around you.
You get to choose the meaning of your life, and that life can be inward focused or outward focused. It can involve helping others as they travel through life or ignoring what makes life meaningful to both you and others.
I believe life has three phases, which phase are you in? Read my coming post on August 1, 2023 on how to travel through life best
