Last week I talked about setting goals and what I had set as mine. My video was on staying consistent with what I wanted to achieve.
You can ask how am I doing? Goal 1 was to maintain a healthy diet and get my weight by 1# per week. I am starting at 235 so we will see how I do on Friday.
Goal 2 - Was to post a video each Friday – done on Jan 5th,
Goal 3 - Teach 3 to 4 courses during this semester, Part of this is outside my control but I am believe I will have 3 courses, maybe
4. Goal 5 - Exercise 3 times per week – I didn’t the first week, I injured my knee and was having trouble walking. I will start on the 8th with upper body.
Last goal 6 – Do something weekly with family – done – We went to visit one of the Kids and their spouse in Rochester last week.
How are your goals coming? If you fell off the wagon week 1 it is time to get back on it. Remember your goals should be small increments built upon existing habits.
The goals should be written down, and shared with others to make you accountable, The goals should be measurable and specific.
Once you reach the goal don’t forget to celebrate!
