Starting My SWOT Analysis

What is the next step in creating my course? Its doing what marketing people do when they are trying to figure out what is next step in a SWOT analysis.

You have to go out into the market place and start asking questions. This really puts a person outside of their comfort zone. At least it is for me.

Napoleon Hill says that those who do not take a chance will seldom have one thrust upon them. I am stepping outside of my comfort zone and planning on doing these interviews.

How did I develop my list? Well I kept trying to put out feelers on the internet but I had only one person who has stepped up to the plate. He will be the first person I will interview next week.

I was struggling how to find people and yesterday while visiting a cidery in Barker, NY it occurred to me. I needed to follow the advice of Dorothy from the “Wizard of OZ” and look in my own back yard so to speak.

I have made a list of all the retired people I know and now I am putting phone numbers to list. I also wrote up a list of questions that I want to quiz them on.
