Things to ponder before the New Years

I have three things that you should do as we approach the New Years. Everyone makes New Years resolutions but do you approach them in a thoughtful way.


My thoughts are this - think back over the past year and what were your highs and lows? What were your hopes and fears for the years? Take a minute and write them down and put it aside for a couple of days.



The next thing is something that is similar to the first item only this is about taking care of yourself. Think about what you need to do to be more physically active, and how about modifying your diet.


Also take time to make space for yourself to meditate about your days. Then look at what you are doing and decide what should be trimmed if you are going to do something else.


The last thing is telling people you appreciate them and love them. Your family, your friends and acquaintances. Show them by visiting them, hugging them and telling them that you love them, appreciate them and all they do.

 

The last item is take care of yourself and have a Happy New Years.
