Merry Christmas and Seasons greetings to all of you. I have missed a series of postings because of some health issues that develop Thanks Giving week.
I was having breathing issues and shortness of breath when I tried to walk 20 or more feet. I should have gone to the hospital but I ignored the warnings because we wanted to go to Washington DC to visit on of the children living there.

When I got home I went to the hospital early Monday morning only to find that I had acute anemia. I was down to a 4 for hemoglobin and it was two days and 5 pints of blood to get me back on track.
The hospital spent 6 days investigating why I had lost so much blood and never found a cause. I have a lot to be thankful for because it could have easily caused a heart attack.
Don’t delay if you feel your health is off, get it checked out. Today blog is on being Thankful in all that you do and for life itself. Merry Christmas and I will be back to writing Next week.
Don’t stress out if you don’t have any resolutions for next year. Its is time to reflect on the past year, put together your scrap book for the past year and reflect on all your blessings.
